Expo Registration Fee is $200

*payable via PayPal on the Expo website, or via check at on-site registration

Registration Includes:

  • COMPLIMENTARY CUSTOM 2019 WV SAFETY EXPO T-SHIRT (before April 1)
  • Unlimited Expo classes
  • On-site lunch provided by the Expo
    • Includes classes that are held at alternate locations
  • Refreshments during every break
  • Exclusive access to Vendor Hall
  • Access to event deck at Appalachian Power Park on Friday, May 10 (see below)

ATTENDEES: JOIN US for baseball on the event deck – FRIDAY, MAY 10, AT APPALACHIAN POWER PARK

Event deck access includes bird’s-eye view of right field and the home bullpen, all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, grilled chicken, cole slaw, baked beans, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, soda, and all-you-can-drink fountain drinks, beer, and wine.

Cancellations/Transfers/Refunds

If something comes up after you are registered and you are unable to attend the Expo, you will be issued a full refund of your $200 registration fee. Please submit all cancellation/refund requests via email to [email protected] or via fax to (304) 746-7914. Refunds will be issued via PayPal.

Transfers of registrations will not be permitted. Please submit a request for a cancellation & refund, and have the second party register separately.
