2009 WV Public Safety EXPO
May 6-10, 2009

 

The WV Public Safety EXPO is the only such EXPO in West Virginia and incorporates Fire, EMS, Police, 9-1-1 Centers and Homeland Security.

If you sell or manufacture products, services or equipment for firefighters, emergency services, police or sheriff departments, 9-1-1 centers or homeland security, you should exhibit at the 2008 WV Public Safety EXPO.

  • Includes a table, chairs and drapery.
  • Electricity is available by request for $25 (includes both days).

Vehicle  
 
  • $500 per vehicle

Exhibit Installation  
 
  • Tuesday, May 6 ___5:00-9:00 p.m.
 
All exhibits must be fully operational by 9:00 p.m. After this hour no installation work will be permitted without special permission from Exhibit Management.

Exhibit Hours  
 
  • Wednesday, May 7........8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 8 ............8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

Exhibit Dismantle  
 
  • Thursday, May 8 ............5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Additional Information:  
 
  • Each company will be issued two conference passes. Passes will be in the company name and are transferable between members of your organization.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes.
  • Exhibit spaces are assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
  • Exhibitors will not be confirmed until all fees have been received.
  • Security will be provided.
