The WV Public Safety EXPO is the only such EXPO in West Virginia and incorporates all of Public Safety.  

Exhibitor booth space is still available.

If you sell or manufacture products, services or equipment for firefighters, emergency services, police or sheriff departments, 9-1-1 centers or homeland security, you should exhibit at the 2008 WV Public Safety EXPO.

Booth

  • $250
  • Booth size is 10’x10’
  • Includes a table, 2 chairs and drapery.
  • Electricity is available by request for $25 (includes both days).

Vehicle

  • $500 per vehicle

Exhibit Installation

  • Thursday, May 14, 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • All exhibits must be fully operational by Noon. After this hour no installation work will be permitted without special permission from Exhibit Management.

Exhibit Hours

  • Thursday, May 14, 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 15,  8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 16, 8:00 a.m. - Noon

Exhibit Dismantle

  • Saturday, May 16, - Noon

Additional Information:

  • Each company will be issued two conference passes. Passes will be in the company name and are transferable between members of your organization.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes.
  • Exhibit spaces are assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
  • Exhibitors will not be confirmed until all fees have been received.
  • Security will be provided.
